Important conditions for travel services
Effective 19 July 2026. Provider-specific fare, room, package, and processing rules shown during the journey also apply.
Live availability and price
Search results and estimates are not a booking. A checkout total is confirmed from current inventory for a limited period. A reservation exists only after payment validation and successful fulfillment, shown by a confirmation reference.
Traveler information
You are responsible for accurate names, dates of birth, contact details, travel documents, visa eligibility, and compliance with entry, transit, health, and baggage requirements. Supplier corrections may carry fees or may not be possible.
Payments
Online payments use hosted SSLCOMMERZ checkout and are accepted only after server validation. Bank transfers remain pending until finance review. Do not treat a payment submission as supplier confirmation.
Changes, cancellation, and refund
Airline, hotel, package, and visa-service rules vary. Refundability, deadlines, penalties, fare differences, supplier fees, and already-consumed services apply to each case. Visa fees and completed processing work may be non-refundable. Contact support before any deadline.
Provider changes
Schedules, accommodation, inventory, and authority decisions may change outside our control. We will communicate material changes and available remedies according to the provider rule and applicable law.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse search inventory, automate abusive requests, submit false payment evidence, attempt unauthorized access, or provide card secrets through customer messages.
