Who provides this service

OTWTrips is operated by Own The World Company Limited. Our registered office is Plot 42, Jabbar Tower, Level 4, Gulshan Avenue, Gulshan-1, Dhaka-1212, Bangladesh. These terms apply to customer use of otwtrips.com and bookings arranged through our team.

We arrange travel with airlines, accommodation providers, tour operators and relevant service providers. Supplier-specific conditions disclosed with your selected service form part of the booking. These terms do not remove your rights under applicable Bangladesh law.

From selection to confirmation

You may browse and customize without signing in. An account is required to submit a quote or purchase request. Keep account access secure and provide accurate contact details. Adults booking for others must have permission to provide their information.

Prices and availability may change before confirmation. A checkout reference identifies your request; a PNR may only be a temporary hold. Flights are ticketed only when ticket documents have been issued. Hotels require a confirmed reservation or voucher. Packages and visa services require a written service confirmation from our team.

If inventory or price changes after payment, we will explain the options and seek your agreement before a paid alternative is accepted. If we cannot provide the purchased service, we will arrange the applicable refund rather than substitute it without your agreement.

Names, documents and travel eligibility

Review traveler names against travel documents, dates, routes, passenger ages, baggage and entry or transit requirements. The account owner's name and email are booking contacts, not a replacement for traveler identities.

You are responsible for valid passports, visas, health documents and travel permissions. Corrections may require supplier approval and additional charges. No visa approval, border admission, Hajj permit or boarding decision is guaranteed by purchasing our assistance.

Prices, coupons and payment

Checkout displays the currency and final payable amount, including applicable taxes, fees and validated coupon discounts. Optional extras and supplier penalties are separate unless explicitly included. Your bank may impose its own foreign-exchange or card charges.

Coupons are subject to displayed eligibility, validity, usage limits and service restrictions. Discounts are confirmed only after server validation. Unused promotional value is not cash and is not separately refundable.

Use only payment methods enabled for your checkout. Online gateway payments use hosted SSLCOMMERZ pages when available. Bank transfers must go to an agency account displayed in checkout; uploading a receipt does not verify funds. Never send payment to a personal account or share card security codes with our team.

Rules for each travel service

Airline fare rules govern baggage, changes, no-shows, cancellation and refunds. Hotel rates specify occupancy, local charges and cancellation deadlines. Tour and pilgrimage packages specify inclusions, exclusions, departures and any minimum participation requirements.

A tour, Hajj, Umrah or visa quote request carries no payment commitment and does not reserve inventory. A reviewed quote states the scope, price, delivery schedule and cancellation conditions before a payable booking is agreed. Government, embassy and third-party fees are identified separately where applicable.

Cancellation, refunds and delivery

Our Return & Refund Policy explains eligibility, request procedures and the 15-30 working-day overall refund timeline. Disclosed supplier penalties and non-refundable components may apply, subject to mandatory legal rights.

Our Delivery & Confirmation Policy explains digital documents, pending payments and service-specific confirmation. Contact us promptly if travel is approaching and confirmed documents are missing. Do not make duplicate payments while an earlier transaction is being checked.

Disruptions, complaints and applicable law

Suppliers and authorities may change schedules, inventory or entry rules. We communicate known material changes and explain available remedies under the booking conditions and applicable law. We do not promise uninterrupted third-party systems.

Responsible use and policy updates

Do not submit false identities or payment evidence, misuse inventory, bypass access controls or use the service unlawfully. We may restrict abusive access while respecting applicable customer rights.

The policy version accepted during checkout is recorded with the account, time, currency and reviewed amount. Updates do not silently replace the terms already accepted for a confirmed booking.
