Who is responsible

Own The World Company Limited operates OTWTrips from Plot 42, Jabbar Tower, Level 4, Gulshan Avenue, Gulshan-1, Dhaka-1212, Bangladesh. Contact support@otwtrips.com for privacy questions, access requests or corrections.

Information used for your journey

Depending on your service, we collect account and contact details, traveler names and ages, itinerary choices, accommodation preferences, visa application information and travel-document details required for fulfillment. Do not provide sensitive information that is not requested.

We also process booking references, messages, uploaded payment evidence, transaction identifiers, payment status, technical request information and security logs. Obtain permission before supplying another traveler's information and share this notice with them.

Why we use it

We use information to authenticate accounts, prepare quotes, arrange and service travel, communicate confirmations or disruptions, review bank transfers, reconcile payments, prevent fraud, handle complaints and meet record-keeping obligations.

Accepting booking policies is not consent to unrelated marketing. The policy-agreement checkbox is not a marketing subscription.

Suppliers and payment providers

Necessary information is shared with airlines, hotels, tour operators, distribution providers, visa processors or authorities responsible for your service. They may be outside Bangladesh and handle records under their own legal obligations.

Authentication, hosting, email and payment providers process information needed to operate the service. When enabled, SSLCOMMERZ receives details needed for hosted checkout. Card entry occurs on the gateway page; OTWTrips does not request or store your CVV. Banks and providers may retain regulated transaction records.

We do not sell customer personal information. Necessary disclosures may be made to competent authorities where legally required or to investigate fraud and protect legitimate rights. Any additional advertising or data-sharing feature must be assessed and disclosed before introduction.

Cookies and browser storage

Essential cookies support sign-in, session security and protection against forged requests. Browser storage remembers preferences such as theme and in-progress search or booking selections so you can resume.

Removing cookies or browser storage may sign you out or clear an unfinished selection. On shared devices, sign out and remove saved booking details after use. Essential storage is not treated as permission for advertising tracking.

Protection and retention

Access to customer and payment records is restricted by role and service need. We use secured server connections and application controls, but no online service can promise absolute security.

We retain booking, payment and support records while needed for service, accounting, disputes, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Retention differs by record type. Account deletion may not remove records that must be retained for those purposes; ask us about your specific records.

Your choices and requests

Email support@otwtrips.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to question a disclosure. We may verify identity before releasing or changing records. Supplier approval and charges may apply to traveler-name or booking corrections.

Parents or guardians must authorize information for child travelers. Adult account holders may arrange travel for people they are authorized to represent. We explain any lawful reason we cannot fully fulfill a privacy request.
